(28:39) He and his soldiers were arrogant in the land without any right, and they thought that they would not be returned to Us.

(28:39) وَاسْتَكْبَرَ هُوَ وَجُنُودُهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْنَا لَا يُرْجَعُونَ
