Dynamic translation
(17:106) and constructor, spreading it out, so that You might construct it, putting humanity to the fact. And We have sent it down filigree.

(17:106) وَقُرۡءَانٗا فَرَقۡنَٰهُ لِتَقۡرَأَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ عَلَىٰ مُكۡثٖ وَنَزَّلۡنَٰهُ تَنزِيلٗا
