Dynamic translation
(31:14) We enjoined the human regarding his parents. His mother bore him with hardship upon hardship, and his weaning takes two calendar years. You shall be sincere to Me, and to your parents. To Me is the final destiny.

(31:14) وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ وَهْنًا عَلَى وَهْنٍ وَفِصَالُهُ فِي عَامَيْنِ أَنِ اشْكُرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيْكَ إِلَيَّ الْمَصِيرُ
