(23:2) those who are hush in their solitude,

(23:2) الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ
Connected ayats
(2:45-46) Gain to forbearance and consolidation, as this is unaffordable except who in hush, who (reasonably) diagnoses that they will elect their ripe boost, and that they will return to Him.
