(16:85) Then those who were wicked will see the retribution; it will not be lightened for them, nor will they be given respite.

(16:85) وَإِذَا رَأى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ الْعَذَابَ فَلاَ يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمْ وَلاَ هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ

Connected ideas

(2:86) These are the ones who have purchased this lowly life instead of the Hereafter. The retribution will not be reduced for them, nor will they be supported.

(2:162) They will abide therein, where the retribution will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved.

(3:88) Eternally they will abide in it, the retribution will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved;
