Number «Nineteen» mentioned in The Quran only once, in (74:30).
Rashad Khalifa - an Egyptian-American biochemist (1935-1990) discovered that the Quran contains a mathematical structure based on the number 19. The triliteral root rā shīn dāl (ر ش د) - in the name «Rashad», occurs in the Quran 19 times, and has a semantic meaning - «Mindfulness».

(74:30) On it is nineteen (Arab. تِسْعَةَ عَشَرَ, tis'ʿata ʿashara).
