(18:44) Such is the true authority of Allah. He is best to reward, and best to punish.

(18:44) هُنَالِكَ الْوَلَايَةُ لِلَّهِ الْحَقِّ هُوَ خَيْرٌ ثَوَابًا وَخَيْرٌ عُقْبًا
