Surah Al-Hajj (The Pilgrimage)

(22:34) And for every denomination We have established rituals for them to mention the name of Allah over the wild cattle He has given them. And your Allah is the only Allah. So docile to Him, and make glad the Virtuous,

(22:34) وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ جَعَلْنَا مَنسَكًا لِيَذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَى مَا رَزَقَهُم مِّن بَهِيمَةِ الْأَنْعَامِ فَإِلَهُكُمْ إِلَهٌ وَاحِدٌ فَلَهُ أَسْلِمُوا وَبَشِّرِ الْمُخْبِتِينَ

(5:1) O you who acknowledge, honor your contracts. Made lawful for you are all the animals of the livestock, except what is recited to you, which is not lawful, and what you are not allowed to hunt of the game while you are under restriction. God decrees as He pleases.
(22:28) So that they may witness benefits for themselves and recall God's name in the appointed days over what He has provided for them of the animal livestock. So eat from it and feed the needy and the poor.
