Surah Ar-Rum (The Romans)

(30:3) At the lowest Land. After their defeat, they will defeat.

(30:3) فِي أَدْنَى الْأَرْضِ وَهُم مِّن بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ
