Surah Ar-Rum (The Romans)

Dynamic translation

(30:48) Allah is the One who sends the winds that lift the clouds, He sweeps them across the sky as He wills and rips them to shreds. Then you see the rain pouring down, (asserting) His Hegemony. Once He sheds it on those of His obedients whom He wills, they rejoice,

(30:48) اللَّهُ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًا فَيَبْسُطُهُ فِي السَّمَاء كَيْفَ يَشَاء وَيَجْعَلُهُ كِسَفًا فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَالِهِ فَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِهِ مَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
