(36:8) We have placed shackles around their necks, up to their chins, so that they are forced in direction.

(36:8) إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ أَغْلاَلاً فَهِيَ إِلَى الأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ
