Dynamic translation

(3:39) Behold, the Angels called out to him as he stood in solitude (concerning) the War Strategy: "Allah rejoices over (the message) of Yahya, who will confirm the 'Word of Allah,' (be) an honorable and discreet (husband), and a renewer from (among) the Righteous."

(3:39) فَنَادَتْهُ الْمَلآئِكَةُ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي فِي الْمِحْرَابِ أَنَّ اللّهَ يُبَشِّرُكَ بِيَحْيَى مُصَدِّقًا بِكَلِمَةٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَسَيِّدًا وَحَصُورًا وَنَبِيًّا مِّنَ الصَّالِحِينَ
