(43:31) And they said, "And why wasn't this Quran (sent down) to a man (living in one) of the two Megapolis?"

(43:31) وَقَالُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡقَرۡيَتَيۡنِ عَظِيمٍ
