Al-Ma'ida ("The Table Spread")

Dynamic translation

(5:104) If they are told, "Come to what Allah has sent down, and to the messenger". They say, "We are content with what we found our fathers doing." What if their fathers did not know anything nor were they guided?

(5:104) وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمۡ تَعَالَوۡاْ إِلَىٰ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ وَإِلَى ٱلرَّسُولِ قَالُواْ حَسۡبُنَا مَا وَجَدۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ ءَابَآءَنَآۚ أَوَلَوۡ كَانَ ءَابَآؤُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَ
