Dynamic translation
(9:4) This does not apply to those polytheists with whom you (made) a accord, (who) afterwards do not sequester it (even) in detail, and have not helped anyone against you. But observe the accords (in your dealings) with them, until the (term) expires. Verily, Allah loves the responsible.

(9:4) إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ عَٰهَدتُّم مِّنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ ثُمَّ لَمۡ يَنقُصُوكُمۡ شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَمۡ يُظَٰهِرُواْ عَلَيۡكُمۡ أَحَدٗا فَأَتِمُّوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِمۡ عَهۡدَهُمۡ إِلَىٰ مُدَّتِهِمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
