Eschatology

Eschatology (from Greek ἔσχατον - "final", "last" + λόγος - "word", "knowledge") is a system of religious views and ideas about the end of the world, redemption and the afterlife, about the fate of the universe and its transition to a qualitatively new state. It is also a branch of theology that studies this system of views and ideas within the framework of a particular religious doctrine.

This world and in the Hereafter

(2:130) Who would abandon the creed of Abraham except one who fools himself? We have selected him in this world, and in the Hereafter (Arab. الْآخِرَةِ, l-ākhirati), he is of the reformers.

(3:45) The Angels said, "O Mary, God gives good news of a word from Him. His name is the Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary. Honorable in this world and in the Hereafter (Arab. وَالْآخِرَةِ, wal-ākhirati), and from among those who are made close."
