(12:2) In fact, it was sent down by Us for the construction of the Arab (nation)," you may be able to understand.
Arabic text
(12:2) إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ قُرۡءَٰنًا عَرَبِيّٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ
Connected ideas
(20:113) Thus We sent down this (for) the construction of the Arab (nation), and indicated in it (Our) Promises. It may be that they (show) responsibility, or (receive) notice of methodological (tools).
(43:3) In fact, We have defined for him the carving of the Arabic (language) - perhaps you will understand.
