(2:45) Gain to sobriety and consolidation, as this is unaffordable except who in hush,

(2:45) Seek help through patience, and the Contact prayer. It is a difficult thing, but not so for the humble.

(2:45) وَاسْتَعِينُواْ بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلاَةِ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلاَّ عَلَى الْخَاشِعِينَ
