Dynamic translation
(10:107) If Allah touches you with harm, no one but Allah will deliver you from it. If Allah wills to bestow good things on you, no one will turn away Allah's mercy. He bestows it on those of His obedients whom He wills. He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.

(10:107) وَإِن يَمْسَسْكَ اللّهُ بِضُرٍّ فَلاَ كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلاَّ هُوَ وَإِن يُرِدْكَ بِخَيْرٍ فَلاَ رَآدَّ لِفَضْلِهِ يُصِيبُ بِهِ مَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَهُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
