Dynamic translation
(10:11) If Allah had hastened for people (the coming of) wrong (which they call for in their curses, just as) He hastened (for them the coming of) hearting (which they ask for in their prayers), then (long ago) the (allotted) time would have ended. But We leave those who do not hope to meet Us to wander, blinded by their prejudices.

(10:11) وَلَوْ يُعَجِّلُ اللّهُ لِلنَّاسِ الشَّرَّ اسْتِعْجَالَهُم بِالْخَيْرِ لَقُضِيَ إِلَيْهِمْ أَجَلُهُمْ فَنَذَرُ الَّذِينَ لاَ يَرْجُونَ لِقَاءنَا فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
Connected ayats of Tanakh
(Job 14:1-2-3-4-5-6) The man that is born of a wife is short and filled with sorrows: like a flower, he goes out and falls; he flees like a shadow, and does not stop. And on him do You open Your eyes, and lead me into judgment with You? Who is born clean from the unclean? None. If the days are fixed for him, and the number of his months is with Thee, if Thou hast set for him a limit, which he shall not pass over, then shun him: let him rest until he hath finished his day as a hired man.
