Dynamic translation
(10:39) No, they have lied about the things they did not have comprehensive knowledge of, and before its explanation came to them. Similarly, those before them denied, so see what the retribution of the wicked was!

(10:39) بَلْ كَذَّبُواْ بِمَا لَمْ يُحِيطُواْ بِعِلْمِهِ وَلَمَّا يَأْتِهِمْ تَأْوِيلُهُ كَذَلِكَ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الظَّالِمِينَ
Connected ideas
(3:151) We will cast fear in the hearts of those who rejected, because of what they have set up besides God while He never sent down any authority to do so, and their destiny is the fire. Miserable is the abode of the wicked.
(27:83) The day We gather from every nation a party that denied Our ideas, then they will be driven.
(27:84) Until they have come, He will say, "Have you denied My ideas while you had no explicit knowledge of them? What were you doing?"
(53:23) These are but names that you made up, you and your forefathers. Allah never authorized such. They only follow conjecture, and wishful thinking, while the guidance has come to them from their Lord.
