Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder)

Dynamic translation

(13:38) We have sent messengers before you and We have made for them mates and offspring. It was not for a messenger to come with any idea except by Allah's leave, but for every time there is a decree.

(13:38) وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلاً مِّن قَبْلِكَ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَذُرِّيَّةً وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَن يَأْتِيَ بِآيَةٍ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ لِكُلِّ أَجَلٍ كِتَابٌ
