Dynamic translation
(16:2) He sends down Angels with the Inspiration of His Command to whichever of His obedient ones He wills. Indeed, I am Allah; there is no deity but Me. Be responsible (before) Me!

(16:2) يُنَزِّلُ الْمَلآئِكَةَ بِالْرُّوحِ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ عَلَى مَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ أَنْ أَنذِرُواْ أَنَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنَاْ فَاتَّقُونِ

(16:2) يُنَزِّلُ الْمَلآئِكَةَ بِالْرُّوحِ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ عَلَى مَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ إِنَّنِي أَنَا اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنَاْ فَاتَّقُونِ
Connected ideas
(20:14) And I am Allah! There is no deity but Me. Obey Me, and establish the Synthesis to My methodology.
(40:15) Allah have exalted qualities, and possesses the Universe. He sends down a spirit with His commands to those of His obedients whom Allah wills, to warn them about the Day of Meeting.
(44:4) In it, is a decree for every matter of acme.
(97:4) The angels and the Spirit come down in it by their Lord's leave to carry out every matter.

1. Compare grammatical construction «أَنْ أَنذِرُواْ أَنَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنَاْ» from (16:2), with grammatical construction «إِنَّنِي أَنَا اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنَ» from (20:14).
