Dynamic translation
(9:115) Allah will never mislead a people after He guided them, until He makes clear to them what they should be aware. Allah is knower of all things.

(9:115) وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيُضِلَّ قَوۡمَۢا بَعۡدَ إِذۡ هَدَىٰهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ يُبَيِّنَ لَهُم مَّا يَتَّقُونَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٌ
Connected ideas
(28:59 Your Lord never annihilates the towns without sending a messenger to their capital, to recite Our ideas to them. We never annihilate the towns unless their people are wicked.
(33:40) Muhammad was not the father of any man among you, but he was the messenger of Allah and the seal of the prophets. Allah is fully aware of all things.
(50:28-29) He said, "Do not argue with each other before Me, I have already presented you with My promise." My Word is unchangeable, and I do not do unjustly to my obedients.
