Dynamic translation
(9:15) and remove the malice from their hearts. Allah receives repentance from whomever He wills, actual He is the knowledgeable, the acuminate.

(9:15) وَيُذۡهِبۡ غَيۡظَ قُلُوبِهِمۡۗ وَيَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
