The triliteral root lām fā tā (ل ف ت), according to corpus.quran.com, occurs in the Quran 3 times: (10:78), (11:81) and (15:65).

In the Quran

(10:78) They said, "Have you come to alleviate (Arab. لِتَلْفِتَنَا, litalfitana) from what we caught our fathers on, and to give you two the Greatness on earth? And we do not trust you!"

(11:81) They said, "O Lot! In fact we are messengers of your Lord, and they will not harm you. Go forth with your family in the (last) stretch of the Night, and let none of you alleviate (Arab. يَلْتَفِتْ, yaltafit). And only your wife will be struck by what will strike the others. Their term will come out with the dawn. Isn't the dawn coming soon?"

(15:65) "Set out with your family in the (last) segment of the Night. And let none of you alleviate (Arab. يَلْتَفِتْ, yaltafit).. And go where are commanded."
