Narrative

The triliteral root qāf ṣād ṣād (ق ص ص) occurs in the Quran 30 times.

(3:62) This is the narration (Arab. الْقَصَصُ, l-qaṣaṣu) of truth, there is no god but God; and God is the Noble, the Wise.

(4:164) Messengers of whom We have narrated (Arab. قَصَصْنَاهُمْ, qaṣaṣnāhum) to you from before, and messengers We have not narrated (Arab. نَقْصُصْهُمْ, naqṣuṣ'hum) to you; and God spoke to Moses directly.
