«Pursuit» - is the act of pursuing, which includes an action of following in order to overtake, capture, kill, or defeat somebody.

In the Quran

(9:5) So when the Ceasefire Months have passed, then you may kill those who have set up partners wherever you find them, take them, surround them, and set up for them all kind of prosecutions (Arab. مَرْصَدٍ, marṣadin).
