Dynamic translation
(10:61) And whatever situation you find yourself in, and whatever of his constructions you read, and whatever act you perform, We continue to bear witness of you, when in (the process), you are filled with (inspiration). And there is no (chance of) isolation from your Lord either on Earth or in Heaven, (starting) from the mass of an elementary particle, or less (mass) than this, or more, (all is fixed) on the main server.

(10:61) وَمَا تَكُونُ فِي شَأۡنٖ وَمَا تَتۡلُواْ مِنۡهُ مِن قُرۡءَانٖ وَلَا تَعۡمَلُونَ مِنۡ عَمَلٍ إِلَّا كُنَّا عَلَيۡكُمۡ شُهُودًا إِذۡ تُفِيضُونَ فِيهِۚ وَمَا يَعۡزُبُ عَن رَّبِّكَ مِن مِّثۡقَالِ ذَرَّةٖ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَلَآ أَصۡغَرَ مِن ذَٰلِكَ وَلَآ أَكۡبَرَ إِلَّا فِي كِتَٰبٖ مُّبِينٍ
Connected ideas
(7:204) If the Quran is being recited, then listen to it and pay attention, so that you may receive mercy.
(11:6) There is not a creature on earth except that its provision is due from Allah. He knows their habitat and their depository. All is in a clear record.
(27:75) There is not a thing hidden in the heavens or the earth, but is in a clear record.
(34:3) Those who rejected said, "the moment will not come upon us!" Say, "Yes, by my Lord, it will come to you." He is the Knower of the unseen, not even an atom's weight or less than that or greater can be hidden from Him, be it in the heavens or the earth. All are in a clear record.
(54:52-53) Everything they did is in the Hymns. Everything, small or large, is written down.
