(11:97) To Pharaoh and his leaders. But they followed the command of Pharaoh, and Pharaoh's command was not awareness.

(11:97) إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعُواْ أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَا أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ
