(15:42) For my obedient ones, you have no power over them. Except those of the Unconscious who will follow you."
Arabic text
(15:42) إِنَّ عِبَادِي لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانٌ إِلاَّ مَنِ اتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ الْغَاوِينَ

(7:16) He said, "For You having me sent astray, I will stalk for them on Your cumulative strategy."
(7:18) (Allah) said: "Depart from here as a despicable outcast! Only those of them who follow you. I will surely fill Samsara with all of you.
(38:85) I will surely fill Samsara with you, and all those of them (who) follow you."
