Dynamic translation
(16:44) With the clear proofs and The Hymns. We sent down to You The Methodology that you may clarify to the mankind, what was sent to them. Perhaps they will use allegorical thinking.

(16:44) بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَالزُّبُرِ وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
Connected ideas
(3:184) If they (deem) you a liar, for in the past messengers (were deemed) liars too, when they came with the Clear Proofs, and the Fragments, and the Illuminating Texts.
(14:4) We did not send any messenger except in the language of his people, so he may proclaim to them. But Allah misguides whom He wills, and He guides whom He wills. He is the Noble, the Acuminate.
(15:9) We, indeed We, it is We who have sent down the Methodology, and indeed it is We who will preserve it.
(16:64) We did not send down the book to you except that you may proclaim to them that in which they disputed, and as a guidance and mercy to a people who acknowledge.
(16:89) ... And We have sent down the Scripture for you to determine (the right choice) for all kinds of situations, as a guide and a mercy and a good tidings for the Reconciled.
(21:107) We have not sent you except as a mercy to the worlds.
