Dynamic translation
(38:8) "Has the Methodology been sent down to him, from between all of us!" Indeed, they are doubtful of My Methodology. They have not yet tasted My retribution.

(38:8) أَأُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ الذِّكْرُ مِن بَيْنِنَا بَلْ هُمْ فِي شَكٍّ مِّن ذِكْرِي بَلْ لَمَّا يَذُوقُوا عَذَابِ
Connected ideas
(15:9) We, indeed We, it is We who have sent down the Methodology, and indeed it is We who will preserve it.
(16:44) With the clear proofs and The Hymns. We sent down to you The Methodology that you may clarify to the mankind, what was sent to them. Perhaps they will use allegorical thinking.
(54:25) "Has the Methodology come down to him, instead of us? He is an evil liar."
