Dynamic translation
(40:78) We have sent messengers prior to you. Some of them We mentioned to you, and some We did not mention to you. It was not given to any messenger that he should bring an idea except by Allah's leave. So, when Allah's judgment is issued, the matter is decided with truth, and the followers of falsehood will be lost.

(40:78) وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلًا مِّن قَبْلِكَ مِنْهُم مَّن قَصَصْنَا عَلَيْكَ وَمِنْهُم مَّن لَّمْ نَقْصُصْ عَلَيْكَ وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ بِآيَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ فَإِذَا جَاء أَمْرُ اللَّهِ قُضِيَ بِالْحَقِّ وَخَسِرَ هُنَالِكَ الْمُبْطِلُونَ
Connected ideas
(11:120) And all that We have turned unto you of the Updates of the Message (will prove) to be that which (will result) in the reinforcement of your intuition. And it has appeared unto you in this - Truth, and exhortation, and methodology for those who are trusted.
