(70:40) So I swear by the Lord of the east and the west that We are able.

(70:40) فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ
Connected ideas
(55:17) The Lord of the two easts and the two wests.
(73:9) The Lord of the east and the west, there is no Allah but He; so take Him as a protector.
