Dinamic translation
(9:64) The hypocrites hazard that a surah will be airdrop against them, notifying them of what is in their hearts. Say, "Mock, for Allah will bring out what you fear."

(9:64) يَحۡذَرُ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ أَن تُنَزَّلَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ سُورَةٞ تُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا فِي قُلُوبِهِمۡۚ قُلِ ٱسۡتَهۡزِءُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡرِجٞ مَّا تَحۡذَرُونَ

1. Compare the expressions, "أَن تُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِمْ" of (9:64), and "أَنْ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمُ" of (59:3).
2. (59:3) And if it were not for the Disclosure, which (turned out to be) prescribed for them, by God, to (subject) them to torment in the Banal (reality), then in the Ultimate (reality), for them (is prepared) - an agonizing Agony.
