Sacral sound - Om

Om (Sanskrit ॐ) or Aum is, in Hindu and Vedic tradition, the sacred sound of the original mantra, the "word of power." Often interpreted as a symbol of the divine triad of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. Used in yoga practice and meditation techniques.
