Dynamic translation

(11:51) "My people, I do not ask you for any gratuity, my gratuity is from the One who authorized me. Will you not be cleverer?"

Arabic text

(11:51) يَا قَوْمِ لا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرًا إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلاَّ عَلَى الَّذِي فَطَرَنِي أَفَلاَ تَعْقِلُونَ

Connected ideas

(11:29) "My people, I do not ask you for money, my gratuity is with Allah. Nor will I turn away those who acknowledge, for they will meet their Lord. But I see that you are a people who are ignorant."

(17:9) In fact, this Quran leads to that which is more stable, and rejoices those who trust, who practice Righteous acts, (with the news) that a great gratuity is (ready) for them.

(67:12) As for those who reverence their Lord unseen, they have attained forgiveness and a great gratuity.
