Dynamic translation
(39:23) Allah has sent down the best Notification, a similar abstract scripture, which makes the skin tremble, for those who fear their Lord, and then softens their skin and hearts to the methodology (of abstraction to) Allah. This is Allah's guide; He guides whom He wills, and whom Allah knocks down, there is no guide!

(39:23) ٱللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحۡسَنَ ٱلۡحَدِيثِ كِتَٰبٗا مُّتَشَٰبِهٗا مَّثَانِيَ تَقۡشَعِرُّ مِنۡهُ جُلُودُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخۡشَوۡنَ رَبَّهُمۡ ثُمَّ تَلِينُ جُلُودُهُمۡ وَقُلُوبُهُمۡ إِلَىٰ ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُدَى ٱللَّهِ يَهۡدِي بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَمَن يُضۡلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِنۡ هَادٍ
Connected ideas
(3:7) It is He who sent down for you the Text, from it the acumen ideas (constituting) the Mother Serve (*), as well as other (ideas) that (are) similar. Those whose hearts are turned aside follow similar (*) (ideas) from them, wishing (to sow) confusion, and wishing (to achieve) their interpretation, though no one knows their interpretation except Allah and the knowledgeable erudites, who say, "(Show) trust in him, everything is from (scriptures) authorized by our Lord. But (use) the methodology only by those who possess abstract (thinking).
(6:90) These are the ones guided by Allah; so let their guidance be an example. Say, "I do not ask you for a gratuity; this is but a reminder for the worlds."
(15:87) We have definitely given you seven levels of abstraction, and the Great Quran.
(18:6) Perhaps you will torment yourself in grief over them, because they will not acknowledge this saying at all.
(53:59-60-61) Are you surprised by this narration? You are laughing, instead of crying? You are insisting on your ways?
(55:26-27) everything around is finite the presence of your Lord will remain, the One with Majesty and Honor.
