Dynamic translation

(50:45) We know (better) of what they say, and you don't have (authoritarian) dictate over them. So (teach) methodology, using the Quran - for those who fear My promise.

(38:1-2) Sad. And The Quran, that (contains) The Methodology. Indeed, those who have rejected are in false pride and defiance.

(54:17) And We surely made The Quran easy for The Methodological (work). So, is (there) anybody (ready) to use methodology?

The expression «(authoritarian) dictate» - «بِجَبَّارٍ» - grammatically similar to the expression «بِقُوَّةٍ» in the ayah (2:63).
