The triliteral root tā lām wāw (ت ل و) occurs in the Quran 63 times.
Torah is the only source
(3:93) All the food used to be lawful to the Children of Israel, except what Israel forbade for himself before the Torah was sent down. Say, "Bring the Torah and recite it (Arab. فَاتْلُوهَا, fa-it'lūhā) if you are truthful."
