Application
(20:18) He said, "It is my staff, I lean on it, and I guide my sheep with it, and I have other uses (Arab. مَآرِبُ, maaribu) in it."
(24:31) Tell the believing (women) to lower their eyes, and guard their genitals. Let them not flaunt their beauties, except those that are visible, and let them cover their breasts with their veils, and show their beauty to none but their husbands, or their fathers, or their fathers-in-law, or their sons, or the sons of their husbands, or their brothers, or the sons of their brothers, or the sons of their sisters, or their women, or the slaves who are already your own, or the servants of men who are without lust (Arab. الْإِرْبَةِ, al-irbati), or the children who have not apprehended the nakedness of women; and let them not knock with their feet, making known the ornaments which they conceal. O those who have trusted! Turn to Allah in repentance all together; perhaps you will succeed.
