Surah Al-Baqara (The Heifer)

Dynamic translation

(2:2) points you the Text in which no annex - a guide for cautious,

Translation of Edip Yuksel

(2:2) This is the book in which there is no doubt, a guide for the conscientious.

Arabic text

(2:2) ذَلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لاَ رَيْبَ فِيهِ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ

Connected ayats

(2:21) O people, serve your Lord who has created you and those before you that you may (show) responsibility.

(27:77) It is a guidance and mercy for those who acknowledge.

(31:2) These are the signs of the book of wisdom.

(2:253) Such messengers, We have preferred some to others; some of them talked to Allah, and He raised some of them in ranks, and We gave Jesus son of Mary the proofs and We supported him with the Holy Spirit. Had Allah wished, the people after them would not have fought after the proofs had come to them, but they disputed, some of them acknowledged and some of them did not appreciate. Had God wished they would not have fought, but Allah does whatever He wishes.

(10:37)This Quran could not have been produced without God, but it is to authenticate what is already present, and to provide detail to the book in which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the worlds.

(4:82) Do they not reflect on the Quran? If it were from any other than Allah they would have found many contradictions in it.

(47:24) Do they not reflect on the Quran? Or are there locks on their hearts?

«ذَٰلِكَ عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ» from (32:6);

«ذَٰلِكَ نَتْلُوهُ عَلَيْكَ» from (3:58);

«ذَٰلِكَ يُوعَظُ بِهِ» from (2:232);

«ذَٰلِكَ جَزَاؤُهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ» from (18:106);

«ذَٰلِكَ يَوْمٌ مَجْمُوعٌ لَهُ النَّاسُ» from (11:103);



«ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ شَاقُّوا اللَّهَ» from (8:13);

«ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا بِاللَّ» from (9:80);

«ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانَتْ تَأْتِيهِمْ» from (40:22);

«ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ شَاقُّوا اللَّهَ» from (59:4);

«ذَٰلِكَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ» from (28:28);



«ذَٰلِكَ لِتُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ» from (58:4);

«ذَٰلِكَ لِتَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَهِ» from (5:97);

«ذَٰلِكَ لِيَعْلَمَ أَنِّي لَمْ» from (12:52);


«ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ أَنْبَاءِ الْغَيْبِ» from (3:44);

«ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ أَنْبَاءِ الْغَيْبِ» from (12:102);

«ذَٰلِكَ مِمَّا أَوْحَىٰ إِلَيْكَ» from (17:39);

«ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ فَضْلِ اللَّهِ عَلَيْنَا» from (12:38);

«ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ اللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ» from (57:21);




«كَذَٰلِكَ يُضِلُّ اللَّهُ» from (40:34),



«ذَٰلِكُمْ أَقْسَطُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ» from (2:282),



2. «ذَٰلِكَ الَّذِي يُبَشِّرُ» from (42:23);

«ذَٰلِكَ الْفَضْلُ مِنَ اللَّهِ» from (4:70);

«وَذَٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْمُبِينُ» from (6:16);

«ذَٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ» from (5:119);


3. «وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا» from (2:230) and «ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ اللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ» from (62:4);
