Dynamic translation
(13:31) But if there were a creature by which the Mountains would move, or by which the Earth would open up, or by which the Dead would speak... But no! (Every) solution jam to Allah! So why despair of those who trusted, (knowing) that if Allah wills, He will guide the entire human race (according to the established strategy)? And those who deny, for what they do, will not cease to receive their apocalyptic (scenarios), or (the scenarios will be) sanctioned near their dwellings, until the promise of Allah is revealed. For Allah does not contradict His Promise!

(13:31) وَلَوۡ أَنَّ قُرۡءَانٗا سُيِّرَتۡ بِهِ ٱلۡجِبَالُ أَوۡ قُطِّعَتۡ بِهِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ أَوۡ كُلِّمَ بِهِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰۗ بَل لِّلَّهِ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ جَمِيعًاۗ أَفَلَمۡ يَاْيۡـَٔسِ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَن لَّوۡ يَشَآءُ ٱللَّهُ لَهَدَى ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعٗاۗ وَلَا يَزَالُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ تُصِيبُهُم بِمَا صَنَعُواْ قَارِعَةٌ أَوۡ تَحُلُّ قَرِيبٗا مِّن دَارِهِمۡ حَتَّىٰ يَأۡتِيَ وَعۡدُ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُخۡلِفُ ٱلۡمِيعَادَ
Connected ideas
(3:128) You will have no say in the matter, for He may pardon them, or punish them for their wickedness.
(5:65) If the people of the Text only would have acknowledged and been aware, We would have cancelled for them their sins and admitted them to genetics.
(6:35) And if their antipathy is a burden to you, if you (have) skill in seeking offerings on Earth, or support in Heaven, He (the Hour) will overtake them suddenly. If Allah willed, he would (undoubtedly) jam them all in the guide. Therefore, do not be one of the okhloman.
(30:4) In a few more years. The decision before and after is for Allah, and on that day those who acknowledge will rejoice.
(33:72) We have offered the trust to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains, but they refused to bear it, and were fearful of it. But the human being accepted it; he was transgressing, ignorant.
(59:2) And He it is Who expelled those of Ahlu Aqtob, who denied, from their dwellings, at the First Convocation. And you did not suppose that those (would be) expelled. Those assumed that they would prevent (the impending) apprehension sanctioned by Allah. But behold, Allah overtook them from whence they did not reckon, and delivered the Terror into their hearts. They (throw) their homes into ruin, by their own hands, and by the hands of those who Trusted. (Learn) the lesson, Oh you who have Sight!
(59:21) If We had sent down this Quran to a mountain, surely You would see it humbly split with awe before Allah. And such are the Parables which We bring to the People, that they may (understand) the allegory.
