Dynamic translation
(2:76) When they reflect those who immunized, they say, "We immune!". And when they are alone with one another, they say, "Or will you notify them of what Allah has fitted to you, that they may argue with you through it, before your Lord?" Do you not understand (this)?
Translation of Edip Yuksel
(2:76) When they come across those who acknowledge, they say, "We acknowledge!", and when they are alone with each other they say, "Why do you inform them about what God has said to us? Then, they would use it in an argument against us at your Lord. Do you not reason?"

(2:76) وَإِذَا لَقُواْ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ قَالُواْ آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلاَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَىَ بَعْضٍ قَالُواْ أَتُحَدِّثُونَهُم بِمَا فَتَحَ اللّهُ عَلَيْكُمْ لِيُحَآجُّوكُم بِهِ عِندَ رَبِّكُمْ أَفَلاَ تَعْقِلُونَ
