The triliteral root bā nūn yā (ب ن ي) occurs in the Quran 184 times.

(9:110) Such a structures (Arab. بُنْيَانُهُمُ, bun'yānuhumu) that they erect (Arab. بَنَوْا, banaw) will never cease to cause doubt in their hearts, until their hearts are severed. God is Knowledgeable, Wise.

(50:6) Did they not look to the sky above them, how We structured it (Arab. بَنَيْنَاهَا, banaynāhā), and adorned it, and how it has no gaps?

(78:12) And We constructed (Arab. وَبَنَيْنَا, wabanaynā) above you seven strongholds?
