Etymology

Bulla is from the Latin. bulla is a handwritten decree of the papal office, a round metal seal confirming the official medieval documents of the papal office, from Dr. Greek. βουλή - decision, will, council (deliberative body), from Dr. Greek. βούλομαι-boúlomai - preference, choice, aoostion (of an accusatory nature).

(2:155) We will trouble (Arab. وَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُمْ, walanabluwannakum) you with some distress and hunger, and a shortage in wealth and psychical (traumas) and (decrease in) performance. Rejoice those who are sober,

(3:186) We will trouble (Arab. لَتُبْلَوُنَّ, latub'lawunna) you with your wealth and with your psychical (qualities), and you will hear from those who have been given the Scripture before you and from those who set up partners much annoyance. If you sober and be cautious, then these are affairs of great resolve.
