Dynamic translation

(16:102) Say: "Send down the Holy inspiration (spirit) from your Lord with the Truth, to strengthen those who trust, and (as) guidance, and good news for the reconciled.

(16:102) قُلْ نَزَّلَهُ رُوحُ الْقُدُسِ مِن رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ لِيُثَبِّتَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَهُدًى وَبُشْرَى لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ

(16:102) قُلْ نَزْلَةً رُوحُ الْقُدُسِ مِن رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ لِيُثَبِّتَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَهُدًى وَبُشْرَى لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ

Connected ideas

(2:97) Say: "Who is the enemy of Gibra?" In fact, he brought it down on your heart with the permission of Allah, as a confirmation (of the truthfulness) of what was before, and (as) guidance, and a glad tidings for those who immune.

(26:192-193-194) This is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. It was sent down with the trusted Spirit. Upon your heart, so that you would be of the warners.
