Dynamic translation
(2:60) And when Moses (asked for) a well for his community, We said, "Smash the Stone, using your staff. And out of it came twelve springs. Each man clearly knew, (the place of) his watering. "(Make) alkaline and drink from the Divine endowment, and do not parasitize the Earth by being disorderly!"
or
(2:60) And when Moses (asked) a snack for his community, We said, "Drub the gravel, using your staff. And it was figured twelve proveniences. Each person definitely knew (the place) of his absorb. "Kill (food) and consume from the riches of Allah, and do not ooze madness upon the earth!"
Translation of Edip Yuksel
(2:60) Moses was seeking water for his people, so We said, "Strike the rock with your staff." Thus, twelve springs burst out of it; each tribe then knew from where to drink. "Eat and drink from God's provisions, and do not roam the earth as corruptors."

(2:60) وَإِذِ اسْتَسْقَى مُوسَى لِقَوْمِهِ فَقُلْنَا اضْرِب بِّعَصَاكَ الْحَجَرَ فَانفَجَرَتْ مِنْهُ اثْنَتَا عَشْرَةَ عَيْناً قَدْ عَلِمَ كُلُّ أُنَاسٍ مَّشْرَبَهُمْ كُلُواْ وَاشْرَبُواْ مِن رِّزْقِ اللَّهِ وَلاَ تَعْثَوْاْ فِي الأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ
