Dynamic translation
(2:10) There is smear in their hearts. May Allah strength smear! Also for them is painful suffering, because they were whistleblowers.
Translation of Edip Yuksel
(2:10) In their hearts is a disease, so God increases their disease, and they will have a painful retribution for what they have denied.

(2:10) فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ فَزَادَهُمُ اللّهُ مَرَضاً وَلَهُم عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْذِبُونَ
